CLE ROOM ASSIGNMENTS February 2026 Criminologists Licensure Examination

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released the room assignments for the examinees for the February 2026 Criminology Licensure Exam (CLE).

The three-day exam will be conducted in different testing centers located at National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Bacolod, Bayambang, Bohol, Catarman, Cauayan, Dumaguete, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Oroquieta, Romblon, and Valencia.

In the silent, pre-dawn dark of examination day, a nation's ambition gathers at the gates. This is not merely a test; it is a ritual, a meticulously choreographed passage where futures are forged in the quiet scratch of pencil on paper. For the candidates of the upcoming Bar Examinations, the journey culminates not at the first question, but at a threshold sealed precisely at 5:30 A.M.

This is your final clarion call—a reminder not of rules, but of the sacred protocol of this intellectual trial. Heed it, for the gates are absolute.

READ: CLE RESULTS February 2026: Criminology Licensure Exam Passers

Do not come empty-handed. Your passage requires specific talismans, to be presented and preserved:

  • The Notice of Admission (NOA): Your scripture. Its words are law. Read it, absorb it, follow its every decree.
  • The Official Receipt: Your proof of passage paid, the receipt of your commitment.
  • The Instruments of Creation: Two or more pencils of No. 2 legion, and black ball pens—the tools with which you will build your argument and sign your name into the annals of history.
  • The Vessels: One long brown envelope. One long, transparent plastic envelope—a clear reliquary for the few, essential valuables permitted to cross the threshold with you.

And remember the horseshoe microscope or magnifying glass—a lens to scrutinize the fine print of destiny, your ally in a landscape of detailed text.

The Great Surrender: A Covenant of Focus

Upon entry, you will perform an act of radical focus. All personal belongings—phones, watches, bags, the murmurs of the outside world—must be surrendered to the proctor. They will be kept in a secured space within the hall. This is not a confiscation, but a covenant. You are shedding the mundane to engage wholly in the monumental. Your mind, your knowledge, and your sanctioned tools are all you will possess. Let this liberation from distraction be your strength.

The Code of Care

We remain custodians of each other's well-being. While the fiercest battle is of the mind, we are reminded to observe the minimum public health standards per DOH Circular No. 0324. This shared responsibility is a mark of our collective respect—for the endeavor, and for one another.

All wisdom is contained within your NOTICE OF ADMISSION and EXAMINEES GUIDE. These are your maps, your legends. To "encourage" you to read them is a profound understatement. They are your final, essential study. Ignorance of their content is a path to the locked gate.

So, candidates, prepare. Lay out your artifacts tonight. Set your alarms for the deepest dark. Embrace the solemnity of the dawn assembly.

For at 5:31 A.M., the gates of this particular arena will be closed. Ensure that when they swing shut, you are not on the outside, left with only the echo of what might have been. You are on the inside, standing before your destiny, pencil in hand, ready to begin.
