Dates and Locations
Mark these dates in ironclad ink on your calendar: February 04, 05, and 06, 2026 (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). This three-day intellectual marathon will test the mettle, knowledge, and endurance of thousands.

In a significant move towards inclusivity and accessibility, the Supreme Court has expanded the testing centers across the Philippine archipelago. No longer just a Manila-centric endeavor, future lawyers can choose a center closer to home, minimizing travel stress and maximizing focus.

The 2026 Testing Centers are:

  • Luzon: NCR, Baguio, Calapan, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, Bayambang, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Lipa (Batangas), Nueva Vizcaya, and Romblon.
  • Visayas: Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod, Bohol, Catarman, Cauayan, Dumaguete.
  • Mindanao: Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Koronadal, Pagadian, Tacloban, Zamboanga, Kidapawan.
Application Timeline
Your journey to the exam hall starts much earlier. The application portal will open on November 11, 2025. This gives you a window to gather your requirements, secure endorsements, and prepare your submission. Procrastination is the enemy of promise.

Heed this critical deadline: All applications must be submitted by December 29, 2025. Consider this date non-negotiable. Missing it means waiting another cycle—a delay no dedicated candidate should face.

Release of Results
After the last exam paper is submitted, a period of intense anticipation begins. The Supreme Court, maintaining its commitment to a swift and transparent process, has set the Target Date for the Release of Examination Results for March 13, 2026.
Friday, March 13, 2026. By then, winter will be turning to spring, and for the successful candidates, a new professional life will dawn. It is a day destined to transform the "Bar Candidate" into the "Member of the Bar."

  • Work Backward from February 4: Your study plan should be reverse-engineered from this date. Allocate time for comprehensive review, memorization, mock exams, and, crucially, mental and physical conditioning.
  • Choose Your Center Wisely: Select a testing center that offers you stability and peace of mind. Consider logistics, accommodation, and where you feel most poised to perform.
  • Beat the Deadline, Own Your Timeline: Aim to complete your application by early December 2025. Free yourself from administrative worries to focus solely on your academic preparation.
  • Embrace the National Scope: This expanded list of centers is a testament to the decentralization of the legal profession. Wherever you are from, know that the system is reaching out to meet you halfway.

The February 2026 Bar Exams are more than a test; they are the final threshold. The dates are set, the doors are open, and the nation awaits its next generation of legal minds. The question is no longer if you will answer the call, but how brilliantly you will prepare for it.
