LET Results Elementary September 2025 Alphabetical List of Passers

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the list of successful examinees for the Elementary Level of the September and November 2025 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) on Thursday, December 18, 2025. This announcement came 63 working days after the exams were administered.

Out of 122,528 test-takers, 79,696 (65.04%) passed the LET, marking a record-high national passing rate. Specifically, 21,967 out of 43,035 elementary teacher hopefuls (51.04%) achieved passing scores.

Among these new elementary teachers, 19,924 passed on their first attempt, while 2,043 succeeded after retaking the exam.

The results of 49 examinees are temporarily on hold while the PRC investigates potential violations of examination rules, and three others are pending document verification.

The LET was initially held on September 21, 2025, in 35 major testing centers across the Philippines, as well as in Hong Kong and Thailand. Key locations included Manila, Cebu, Davao, and several other major cities. Additional testing centers were set up in various regions to make the exam more accessible to aspiring teachers.

However, due to Typhoon Nando, the LET in Regions I, II, and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) was postponed and later administered on November 30, 2025. This affected test-takers in areas such as Rosales, Tuguegarao, and several provinces in Northern Luzon. 

The September and November 2025 LET passers are those who obtained an average rating of not less than 75% and have no rating lower than 50% in any of the subjects

As of December 18, 2025, anticipation is building for the release of the LET results. Carl Balita, a credible source for LET updates, suggested a possible release on December 18, sharing an encouraging message on Facebook.

Earlier, on December 3, 2025, the PRC Rating Division informed The Summit Express that the results from both the September and November 2025 LET exams would be released simultaneously, advising examinees to await the official announcement.

Based on PRC Resolution No. 2103 s. 2025, the expected release date for the November 2025 LET results is December 19, 2025 (Friday), which falls within 62 working days after the examination.

The PRC had initially scheduled the release of the September 2025 LET results for December 5, 2025 (Friday), according to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024.

Given this information, PRC Board News suggests that those awaiting results should monitor for updates anytime between December 5 and December 19, 2025. This timeframe aligns with the expected 53 to 62 working days post-exam.

Previous Examinations

In the March 2025 LET, 16,282 out of 34,810 examinees (46.77%) passed, with the results released in 41 working days. The September 2024 LET saw 20,025 elementary teachers pass out of 44,002 (45.51%), with results issued after 51 working days. The March 2024 exam had 20,890 successful examinees out of 44,764 (46.67%), with results released in 47 working days. The September 2023 LET yielded 23,782 passers out of 50,593 candidates (47.01%), with results published after 55 working days. Historically, from March 2013 to March 2025, the average passing rate for the Elementary Level was approximately 36.35%, meaning about 4 out of 10 test-takers passed.
