Manila, December 2025  LET RESULTS – The Philippines is set to welcome a formidable new cohort of educators, as the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC LET) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) today unveiled the results of the landmark 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) PRC, painting a picture of remarkable resilience and academic achievement across the archipelago and beyond.

IPRC, n a sweeping announcement that marks a significant infusion of talent into the nation's educational system, a total of 79,696 aspiring teachers have triumphed over one of the profession's most rigorous hurdles Professional Regulation Commission (PRC LET). The examinations, administered across two testing days on September 21 and November 30, transformed 45 testing centers in the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Thailand into crucibles of future mentorship.

Secondary Education Shines, Elementary Cohort Shows Steady Resolve

The data reveals a striking narrative of success, particularly for secondary education. Out of 79,493 examinees, a robust 57,729 individuals earned their professional license, achieving a sterling national passing rate of 72.62%. PRC this group represents a powerful wave of subject-matter specialists ready to inspire high school students Professional Regulation Commission (PRC LET).

The elementary level, while facing a historically challenging exam structure, saw 21,967 passers emerge from 43,035 candidates, securing a 51.04% passing rate. This cadre of new educators is now poised to shape the foundational years of millions of young learners.

First-Timers Lead the Charge, Repeaters Exemplify Tenacity

A deeper dive into the numbers underscores the dedication of this new generation. An overwhelming majority of passers cleared the exam on their first attempt, demonstrating exceptional preparation. For elementary, 19,924 are first-timers, supported by 2,043 determined repeaters who exemplified the virtue of perseverance.

The PRC secondary level tells a similar story of focused ambition, with 52,207 first-time passers joined by 5,522 successful repeaters, whose journeys to success highlight the unwavering commitment required in the teaching vocation.


In a testament to the examination's strict integrity, PRC the BPT reported that the results of forty-nine (49) examinees have been withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under licensure rules. Additionally, results for three (3) individuals are under review for document verification. These measures reinforce the sanctity of the professional license and the high ethical standards demanded of the country's teachers.

Science – Biological Science – General Biology, Physical Science with Earth Science
